Carsten advises on all aspects of corporate and transaction law, in particular in the context of venture capital transactions. He also focuses on the advice of family offices, family enterprises and entrepreneurs in particular in the planning and execution of company and wealth succession.

Carsten is a founding partner of MARTIUS. Prior to that he worked for several years at a leading law firm. He studied law at the universities of Bayreuth (Dr. jur.), Augsburg and Paris I – Sorbonne (Diplôme d’Université). He spent his clerkship at the higher regional court of Celle and received an LL.M. degree in tax law from the University of Munster.
